Do I need to submit supporting documents?

You may be required to submit some supporting documents for each customer, however, it will depend on the product that you are on.

We ask for supporting documents so that we can verify the customer's identity and information. If you are on our basic or standard package we do not require you to submit supporting documents.

Once the agreement for the customer has been completed - uploading the necessary documents is easy. You will be able to see on your account which supporting documents are required from you. 

You can find what documents you need to submit in the welcome email you received, as well as on your account when you log in.
