Depending on your plan you will receive your payout from us on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. Outlined below are the payout frequencies for our main plans. If you don’t see your plan below or require more clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. With all of our payouts the money will be with you by the end of the day your scheduled to be paid out on.
Pro plan – Your payouts will be sent the next working day after you submit your supporting documents. If you submit your supporting documents on Monday and they’re accepted, you’ll receive your payment on Tuesday.
Plus & PAYG Weekly – Our Plus & Pay As You Go plans comes with weekly payouts; this means All agreements submitted along with correct supporting documents between Monday and Sunday the previous week will be paid out the following week on the 4th working day. So in a normal week, you’ll receive confirmation of payout on the Monday, and payouts will be with you on Thursday.
Collection Only – If your agreement is on our collection only plan, then you will receive payments on a monthly basis, everything that is paid in within a month will then be paid out to you on the 6th working day of the following month.
