I haven't received the agreed goods or service

If there is a problem with the goods or service received, you can contact the company directly to raise this; or alternatively you can contact us to inform us of the problem, and we will happily liaise with the company for you to get the issue resolved.

It is important that you do let us know if there is a problem and don't just stop payments. The contract you have signed is non-cancellable and the company has the right to rectify any problems that you raise.

We will do our utmost to ensure that any dispute you may have is resolved in a timely manner.
