If you have cancelled your direct debit payments to us in error, you can contact us to let us know and we can reinstate payments by simply setting the direct debit back up. You will need to give us new authorisation and once received, we reset the payments.
If you want to amend the payment date when you set the new direct debit up, just inform us and we will be happy to help.
